Available Shipping Options

We offer several shipping options:
- Pickup at our offices
- Home delivery with tracking via bPost, La Poste, or your country's postal service.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are flat-rate based on the destination of the shipment.
- For Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Monaco, and Germany: €5.00
- For the rest of the European Union: €9.00

We offer free shipping on purchases over €50.

For professional customers, shipping is done via tracked parcel at a flat rate of €12.50 excluding VAT. Free shipping is available for orders over €200 excluding VAT.

Estimated Delivery Times

Your slippers are generally shipped within 24 business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, subject to payment validation. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Orders are delivered to your mailbox according to the commitment of the postal service:
- Belgium: the day after shipment
- France: within 3 business days
- Rest of Europe: within 4 business days

Unfortunately, it may happen that your order takes longer due to postal services or transportation means.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can then track your package in real-time until it is delivered.

Return and Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If the size of the slippers does not fit, if you change your mind, for any reason, we offer you the possibility to return them for an exchange or refund within 15 days of receipt.

To do this, simply use the return form included with your order or contact us by email at info@didoodam.com. In case of an exchange, we will send you your new pair at our expense. We will ship your exchange free of charge and notify you by email of the tracking, however, the return shipping costs are your responsibility.

For any refund or exchange, the products must be new and unused.
